Metawell^® for versatile use
Metawell^® is a patented lightweight construction aluminium panel made by bonding two cover sheets to the core material, which consists of wave formed sheet metal, using a hot melt adhesive in a continuous process. This structure results in very lightweight and extremely bending-resistant sandwich panel, permitting in particular significant reductions of weight when used on large surfaces.

Metawell^® sandwich panels are available in many different designs, which can be adapted perfectly to the purposes of specific applications. By adjusting the cover sheets, corrugation height and surface coating, as well as by bonding to form double- or multiple panels, the characteristics of the aluminium sandwich panels can be adapted specifically to the particular requirements.

The specific design of Metawell^® ensures a high static and dynamic stress resistance. Selected alloys and anti corrosion lacquer even on the surfaces inside the sandwich provide high chemical and physical resistance. In the standard version, temperature resistance is 100 °C.  Higher temperature resistance levels up to 200 °C (for example, for powder coating) with a special bonding system are available on request.

Metawell^® Aluflex
Metawell^® Aluflex is a special material with rigidity levels that depend strongly on direction. The corrugated sheet is bonded with only one cover sheet. This structure enables easy forming and provides a high rigidity to curved lightweight construction elements (e. g. curved ceiling linings).

MetaCore^® with high compressive strength
MetaCore^® has been developed particularlay for applications with high stress loads. The core material is turned by 90° to the panel surface so that a "standing" wave serves as core. This structure enables very flexible panel thicknesses and, because of the special arrangement of the core material, makes for a panel with an extremely high compressive strength. It is therefore particularly well-suited for applications with very high compressive loads (e. g. floor applications with high stress loads).

MetaCore^® is produced on a project-by-project basis and can be configured with various cover sheets and geometries optimised for the respective requirements.
